Jain Narrow Fabrics is the flagship company of Jain Group, founded in 1966, manufacturing Elastic Tapes and Webbings, based at Delhi. With continuous modernization of plant equipment, Jain Narrow Fabrics has grown to become a leading manufacturer of India.

We are equipped with highly advanced computerized machines to manufacture elastic tapes and webbing of any width ranging from 2 mm to 600 mm. We assure to provide elastic tapes in any color, width of design according to the customer.

We produce close to 6 lac meters of narrow elastic tapes everyday with all process including preparation weaving, knitting, finishing, testing and QA. Further, we are looking forward for good business relationship with you.

Products

Infrastructure

Located in the capital of India, Delhi, Jain Narrow Fabrics functions with every amenity and expertise available anywhere in the world. It has a built-up area of 44,000 sq.ft. with more than 100 machines and yield an effective output of 6,00,000 mtrs. per day.

We are using KAYYE, TCH, COMEZ, FEI HONG, DAHU, OMM, ZAP, PRASHANT TEXMACH, JC machines for knitting, weaving, covering, finishing & packing of elastics tapes and webbings.

A complete design and development facility for designing, scanning, exposing & printing is available in-house to eliminate compromises in quality and delay in production and reduction in costs.

Research & Development

Our designing department is constantly engaged in the creation of new patterns and designs. Designs & Colours to suit client specifications and special needs are created by us with multiple options of raw materials (Cotton, Polyester, Nylon, Rayon, Lurex & Bright Nylon). Superior heat-resistant thread and spandex yarn are the base of our Elastic Tapes.

Our research technicians, with international training and experience, are involved in constant research to produce better and superior quality elastics & webbings for greater comfort and durability.

Elastics for Ladies & Gents inner wear with lighter smoother textures are constantly evolved in our research and development department. Longer lasting Fancy Yarns which are economical & effective are also part of our research & innovation.

Thinner and soft elastic and tapes for seamless look and feel are part of our areas of concentration. Research is also focused on effective quality testing to ensure that deviations (if any) remain within permissible limits. The goal is to achieve zero deviation at all times.

Specification & Specialities

Colours & Designs are customized and packaging & packing to suit individual clients' needs are given prime importance. However, we are geared to meet the clients' specifications in size and designs.

Future Plans

Being fundamentally sound in terms of state-the art infrastructure, assured quality and effective research & development, we are in consonance with market needs. However, we intend to invest in new machinery and research will be undertaken.
