Established in the year 1966, we, Jain
Narrow Fabrics, are one of the leading manufacturers of superb quality
range of Elastic Tapes and Webbings. Our product assortment includes
Knitted Elastic, Woven Elastic, Crochet Elastic, Sports Wear Elastic,
Lycra Elastic, Draw Cord Elastic, Jacquard Elastic, Button Hole
Elastic, Thread Elastic, and many more. These
are marketed under the brand name of “VIVIA”. We offer products
of any width ranging from 2 mm to 60 mm, and also in any colour &
width of design, as per the requirements of our customers.

system, we procure only superior quality raw material like Cotton,
Polyester, Nylon, Rayon, Lurex, Bright Nylon, Heat resistant
Threads, Spandex, etc. from trusted vendors. Our team of quality
controllers stringently supervise all the pre production, on
production, and post production procedures in order to ensure the
delivery of defect-free, durable, and fine finished products.
Advanced Manufacturing Facilities
We boast of a sound infrastructural
set-up, which is located in Delhi. It sprawls over an area of 44,000
sq.ft. and has a daily production capacity of 6,00,000 mtrs. It is integrated with more than 100 machinery and other
necessary amenities. We make use of Kay Ye, TCH, Comez, Fei Hong,
Dahu, OMM, Zap, Prashant Texmach, and JC machines for executing
various processes such as knitting, weaving, covering, finishing, and
packaging of our range of Elastic Tapes & Webbings. In
addition, we have an in-house complete design & development
facility for designing, scanning, exposing, and printing of our
products.
Research & Development Wing
In order to keep ourselves abreast with
the latest advancements in the market, we have set-up a a sophisticated
R&D unit. We are backed by research technicians who are highly
experienced and well trained in the field of Elastic Tapes &
Webbings manufacture. They involve themselves in constantly
conducting research and studies to develop innovative solutions &
techniques so that our designing department can come up with new
patterns and designs accordingly.
Constant research is undertaken to
produce better and superior quality elastics & webbings that are not only durable but also comfortable. Following are the activities that take
place in our R&D wing:

wear with lighter smoother textures are constantly evolved
- Evolving longer lasting Fancy Yarns, which are

concentration

quality testing to ensure that deviations (if any) remain within
permissible limits. The main objective is to achieve “zero
deviation” at all times
